Returns:
You have 14 days from the moment you received your order to return it to us for a refund. Please note that costs for a return shipment are not covered by us and that returned items must be in their original condition. Here’s how it works:
01. Place the items you want to return and a completed return form in a carton box and close the box securely using tape;

Refunds:
The refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase, within 5 days after we’ve received your package.
Warranty:
The products you receive should be according to the description given on the website and possess all the expected qualities.
In the opposite case, you are entitled to a replacement of the products, for a period of time no longer than 30 days from the moment you received your order. Shipping costs for a replacement are not covered by us.
