We have partnered with an expert mixologist to create 3 recipes that explore the complexity of green tea. Try them out as shown, or tailor them to your personal preference.

1. Gadal Cooler
Ingredients
- 40 ml Gadal Green Tea infused gin (add a tea bag to 200 ml of gin, let it infuse for 5-6 h, then take the tea bag out)
- 30 ml lime fresh juice
- ginger beer top up
How to make it
- Use a long glass, pour the tea-infused gin and the lime fresh juice, stir strongly with a spoon, add ice cubes to the top, then fill up the glass with ginger beer.

- Decorate with a slice of lime and one of ginger.

2. Gadal Martini
Ingredients
- 30 ml vodka
- 20 ml maraschino liqueur
- 15 ml Gadal Green Tea syrup (boil a cup of water and a cup of sugar in a pot until they form a syrup, then add 2 tea bags and let everything simmer over low heat for 10 minutes; remove the pot from the heat and let the tea infuse for another 20 minutes, then take the tea bags out)
- apple cider top up
How to make it
- Add the ingredients except for the apple cider in an ice-filled shaker.
- Shake strongly for 10-15 seconds, then strain the ice and pour in a pre-cooled martini glass.
- Add the apple cider and decorate with half a slice of apple or a bay leaf.
